Wanted WTB K5

Hey folk's, looking for a K5 (blazer or jimmy), no preference on year. I would LOVE to find one with a manual (sm465) but again open to automatics. Mainly looking for rust free or very little. If it needs work good with that also. Trying to stay below 10k but if there is something for more and it's the perfect match I'm interested!

My dad has a jimmy he would get rid of.
I forget what year it’s a 350 tbi/700/208.
Has 4.56 half ton axles.
The floor has been completely replaced.
It now has a soft top and he has been doing a little bit of body work on doors and hood. Located in Texas just figured I’d show you what’s out there!
