Thinking about running hubcaps on my '69 and I'm looking for a set, or even a pair for now, of M1009 wheels. Would also be interested in any other 15x8s that are 6 on 5.5 and accept hubcaps. If you want a set of 80s 4WD wheels I would be ok with trading.

*Edit* prefer something within 100 miles of Atlanta or between Atlanta and Statesboro, GA.

Still kicking myself for getting rid of all my 6 lug stuff when I moved:doah:

I have a set of 5 that I'm currently selling (from my M1009). They have Mud Kings on them right now, so I'd have to separate them if you were wanting just the rims (and I'd expect shipping to get ridiculous if you wanted both).

What are they worth to ya?

Was hoping to find some within driving distance. I've shipped steel wheels before, it's not inexpensive.

I do appreciate it. Could you do me a favor and verify they do have the little bumps to hold a hubcap? I know the set I used to have did, but I am always wondering what GM & the gov did over the years.

My recollection is that they do, but the set is down in Iowa right now (and I'm not). So I won't be able to verify that the bumps are the right size for a while.

Mine are m1009 wheels. They have the nubs. So do Richards on his m1009. Ethen, if you can't sell those, bring them here when you come out. I know some people that want a set.

I've not been particularly aggressive in getting rid of them (they are 350 miles away, after all). They've been half-heartedly posted up on Eastern Iowa CL, but nobody's been biting. I haven't had a use for them since switching to 8-lug rims.

What would 5 similar mud tires w/ rims fetch in your neighborhood? (One looks new, 4 are cracked).

:dunno:
