WTB:Smog exempt Chevy 4wd pick up (Hollister,CA)

As the title says i need a smog exempt platform to build on for a street legal Wheeler. My main interest points are
1.Smog exempt title: Vin matching,no back fees,currently registered ideally non-op is ok.
2.No major rust damage
3.No major structural frame damage and i dont care if it comes with the bed or not.

I dont care if it has a drivetrain or axles. I have everything i need - the smog exempt body and title.

Any tubework already done is a plus assuming its done properly with the proper materials. As i said its a street legal wheeler i'll be driving from my house in Hollister to Hollister Hills 10 minutes away so she doesnt need to be pretty.

Whats everyone got? I got cash in hand.

I might have something that could interst you if you are not set on truck.
Would a K5 no smog work?

Really looking for a truck atm. All the body in the rear of the k5 isnt what im looking for in the direction im going. I could cut off the rear fenders and seal up the back but i figure its easier to just start with it. Just out of curiosity though since im having trouble finding a truck atm what do you got and how much do you want for it?
