I've got a pair without the bolts. You'd just need to buy new ones for them. They are primered gray and never on the truck.

how much are the new bolts. and is it a diy4x or ord zero rate? (incase theres any difference in the design or bolts for replacing parts)

These are ORD and the bolts are pretty standard bolts from the hardware store (I think). You probably want to use grade 8. Probably less than $5.00 for bolts? You need one long one to bolt to the spring pack and a short one to use as a locating pin.
