$3900!!!
I'd think the ORD coilover kit will be a better kit and be less $$$.

The ORD kit is for the rear and its weld on. They want $3200 for it. http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=167735 so 3900 for a front, bolt on kit doesnt seem that outrageous. A front 4-link is more difficult to make and then being a bolt-on system ups the price as wellShawn said:I just called them for a price on this.

Wishful thinking here but I bet ORD's kit will include it.iwaxmyjimmy said:Also factor in the cost for x-over steering. That is deff a must for any front coilover kit.
Do you know if the ord kit will allow for forward axle movement? If I ever 4-link the front of my rig I want to move the axle enough for a 90 degree approach angleminiwally said:ORD is in the prototype stage for a coilover front kit right now.
It will be better than what this other kit appears to be for roughly the same $$.
They have had a coil kit on Stephens Sub for a year or better but are trying to get better packaging with a coil over shock.

Thanks, yea at that point I would go full hydrominiwally said:The nice thing about link suspensions is that the wheel base is somewhat easily adjusted.
Depending on how far forward the axle goes will govern what you need to do with the steering. I would think that you would make it easy and just go hydraulic steering at that point.
The link arms would just need to be a bit longer in this situation. The way the kit looks the bracketry is going to be very location specific so it won't move just the length of the links would change.
