I have owned this for almost 20 years. I had big plans but life got in the way. I realized I will probably never get this going the way I want and I should pass it on.
X Chassis #30. these chassis were built by http://www.hendrixmotorsports.com/ and they are closed. He is the same fabricator that built the F-Toy Chassis. I do have a TX title and it is titled as a 2006 Homemade.
it has a 4.3 Vortec V6 that was converted to run on propane; when the propane was setup it was all new components. that feeds a W56 Toyota transmission via an Advance Adapters bell housing, https://www.advanceadapters.com/toy-trk-g525458w56gm-v6v8, then it goes into 3 Toyota transfer cases all stock geared at 2.28. Axles are a Dana 60 front with alloy axle shafts, 5.86 gears with an ARB locker, Dana 70 rear that is welded or spooled with disc brakes. the ARB runs off an ARB compressor however it also has a belt driven York air supply and the tube is an air tank with ports front and rear. the suspension is linked front and rear and is all new albeit several years old. the front has Ballistic Fabrication hybrid air shocks on the front and regular air shocks on the rear. way back when Ballistic Fabrication partnered with ADS to produce these shocks. when I first got it, it was setup on coil springs with shocks and the 4 link was so short it looked like it was copied off a Jeep TJ. Kevin Hatch at H&H Fab in Amarillo did the suspension redo and Harley (RIP) set up the propane. this buggy has a Mohave heater and @Premier Power Welder. when I was robbed the welder cables were stolen however they are still available from Premier. It is set up as a 2 seater however can easily be setup as a 4 seater. if I remember correctly I think I parked it after the redo wanting to get the electrical worked on but instead it has sat for years. the tires will be some rollers. the first pic is the time I rolled it at Post TX when we used to have a lease we played on.I have about $20,000 into it, but asking $15,000. which may be high, I see some turn key rigs for 15 but I also see other guys with projects in worse shape asking 10.
any questions just ask
