Does anyone know of a fab shop that makes a custom cross member for a 203/205 doubler, or have any pictures, and what you did to customize one.

Thanks

Please try the link again, it should work now. I just changed my settings there. :doah: It should be publicly viewable now though.

Like? That's some fine Injuneerin' dere!

Really stout looking as well.

I might suggest a few 1/2" drainholes though, might carry 20 pounds of mud and not know it:wink1::D:bow::bow:

LOL, around here we call that ballast. Helps keep the CoG nice and low.:D

The main skid has two good sized access/drain holes, the front plate also has an open area along one edge for draining too. The two 'wing' plates I was planning on adding something though. Just haven't done it yet. I did recently find my 3/4" hole saw again though...

I just got another t-case cross member off an identical truck and mounted it along side of the original. One supports the 205 and one supports the 203. Used 4 of the stock rubber mount sets. The only thing you have to do though is shim the front cross member up about 3/8 inch with some spacers so it meets the 203 if your driveline has the factory slope (downward toward the rear).

Contact the Pacific Fab crew, I don't know if you still hang out on the norcal off road forum but they have a forum there, one of the guys Ryan B you probably know?
They will be able to fab you something.

Thanks Iceman, I do still visit the ncbd board, and know who you are talking about. I looked on there site but didn't see anything, but I should just send them a email.
