Mine is at home on the bench but I can tell you it's in the 3/8-7/16 range or 10-12mm.
Haaahaaaa Hilarious. Any other helpful tips would b appreciated. I'm assuming it should b pretty straight forward from what I've read.
Every one you own usually isn't enough when I go boneyard pickin--there seems to always be some mongrel bolt with a torx head or something that prevents me from getting the part off..
A cordless sawsall would be a good choice to get an XJ shaft off quickly & easily...

Just two bolts, one at the column, second at the steering box. Might need a flat blade screwdriver to slide it off the column and/or steering box.
