xj steering shaft?

where's the post? i searched, but it says "xj" is too short. anyone have the post handy? got me a shaft, want to look at the post again. anyone done it and changed something to make it better? anything i should watch out for? thanks.

you just pull it appart there is just a little plastic pin holding the two parts together
