XML's...

Pretty stiff sidewalls I know a guy who runs them and a freind has the bigger version (11.0 r16s) they pretty much wheel with them at about 2 psi. Even dead the flat the 11r16s can support the weight of a stock blazer with what I would consider a decent bulge. They last a long time too.

Seems to me the cost of the 20's cancel out the savings

Although they would be good mud tires if you had to drive on the street

These run a 16 " rim:wink1:

Avery... I WOULD NOT RUN THESE ON YOUR RIG!!!!! wiht your 10 bolt front end your asking for trouble. These tires are extremly heavy when compared to a standard 38" tire... These arent like the ones shawn was using (the skinny ones...)

The tires I have now are 100lbs a piece w/o the rim...factor in the rims and I'm probably @ about 120lbs...what would something like this run? Even if its a thicker ply they are only like 13" wide...

yup, mine weighed in low, with the aluminum hd rims, the combo seemed real close to a 35 inch tire and steel wheel's weight

Yeah, that's where I got both sets of military tires.

I drove down and picked them up at the International Border. They are a warehouse with a chit load of tires, civilian and military.

And they speak NO english  !

haha, tu no hablas espanol cda 455?

Hmm well I'll have to do some research on the military tires but honestly for the price I keep seeing I might just try them someday and see how long stuff holds up...but before anything I'm getting 5.13's put in.

Apenas un poco, focker de la madre :D :haha: :p: !

I have a set of 11.00R 16 (37") and a set of 395/85R20 (46") military tires.

Make sure your axles are built to deal with the bulk of these tires :eek1: !

These are my 11.00R 16's

I might put them on the Blazer.

However, I'm buying a towrig next year.
So I might put them on that rig.

I would love to have those tires on my '01 Cummins Diesel 4x4. Seriously though, I ran a set of 11.00R16 Michelin XL's on stock CUCV wheels and I loved them. The 325/85R16 XML's are about the same height, but I little wider and have a prettier tread pattern. However, they are MUCH harder to come by. Those are the first ones I've seen for sale.

I might jump on those at the last minute.. san deigo is just a 2hour drive for me and I need some new tires and there the perfect size for me :D

those are some durable ass tires, k10andysbro runs them and they worked good from what i saw, but he also mentioned he could snap his d60 from bliping the throttle

O.K.

That's a first for me :doah: .
