I am aware what these are & why they're there. Want to run headers & clean up my engine bay. Other than having to close up any vac leaks is there anything else to do if i remove them? I run 91 octane ethanol free in everything carbureted i own, will this negate the possibility of spark knock? This truck is a farm/woods truck so emissions/ fuel economy req's are nil.
Thanks in advance.

It's not going to hurt anything. I pulled the air pump and EGR on my 350 when it was carbureted and didn't have any issues. As always, check your mixture to ensure everything is good after you remove them.
