I'm slightly buzzed at the moment and need to ask if a trade deal I did tonight was fair or not.

He has 3 leaf plus overload springs from an early 90's half-ton 4x4 I've been looking for.

I have 4 DRW Budd 16" wheels he's been looking for.

He offered to trade springs for wheels, straight up. I agreed.

I'm home now and want to make sure this is fair deal. I don't need the Budds and want the springs. He doesn't need the springs and wants the Budds. I'd say fair deal.

Well?

Whats the big deal with budd wheels?

Those rear leafs should be hella easy to find I would think. arent stock 3+ OL?

I have 9 of these wheels and want to keep 6. I'll have to look for an extra later if I ever need to complete my set of 6.

He wants 4 of them to put on his 69 C30 wrecker. Its a SRW now and he's looking for front parts to convert it to DRW and simply use my Budds to get the rear width he's looking for.

Oh yeah, I'm looking for 64's for a rear spring swap on my '74 K5 frame. Wanted some soft flexy suckers so these should fit the bill.
Front springs I'm looking for are the same 3+1 out of a '90 or '91 K5 rear springs for the B-52 swap.
