Forgot to say, if you need to do king pins on that axle I have the tool for removing them AND I also have the 600 ft/lb torque wrench for tightening them to the proper spec.

No, he bought the axle from someone in SLO over the weekend. He simply drove to my house to meet me and check out my rig and pick my brain.

just got my 60 yesterday it was a good day for new one ton owners.

got this bad boy in, god damn why did i wait so long i love it, would like to thank scott for lending an ear thru this. I changed out the front bushings and rear shackles to ORD greasable also

also installed hydro assist, and put on some new 37's on hummer wheels i had sittn in the back

i picked up the axle in pismo, came out of a cucv, had the gears i have 4:56 the axle was a grand

and scott also rebuilt my junkyard special 2wd box and drilled and taped it for the hydro.

So i'm guessing since I didn't hear back from you that all the hydro stuff went as normal and you werre able to bleed the system without any issues and that everything works correctly with the box?

What size are those tires? I have the same tires(38s). What brand hydro assist are you running? I sure would like to see some pics of the setup. I'm getting ready to do one myself.

yes bro i let it sit over night after 30 min of running it, got back at it in the morning,filled it and started the process again, everything went well

37.13.50.17 toyos, running a psc ram, thats the only item from them, scott led me on the right path. i will get some better pics tommorow of the set up
