what size yoke would be on an early 80s 14bolt out of a 1 ton 1310, 1350, or 1410?? what size yoke can be put on the rear output of a np205 (i believe it is a 32 spline output)??? also how do you swap yokes? do you just take off the bolt down in the yoke and put the new yoke on? will there be a washer or seal to watch for or replace?? thanks for any help.

AFAIK all 14ff's come with a 1350 yoke. Changing T-case yokes is just like you said, pull nut, swap yoke, tighten nut. Yes there should be a serrated washer behind the nut and washer.

thanks for the info is it the same for the yoke on the axle, just take off nut and change yokes????

No, because the axle uses a crush sleeve. You need to mark where the nut is and put it back on the same, or you will need to re-do the pinion bearing preload.

That all depends on which axle you're working on. Most Dana axles use shims so that will work, but most GM corporate axles use crush sleeves and that practice won't work.
