Man I love sapper's truck. But I don't think that's spray bomb. I think he said he used some tractor black from a tractor supply. I could be wrong though, it's happened before ;)

Nope that is rattle can. I just redid it in semi gloss and it sucks, flat was better for a number of reasons. Once i get it cut up i may buy a paint gun and spray it a little better. :haha:

Cool, did you just spray the silver trim around your sliders when you bombed the truck or is that black trim?

Sandpaper Grit

Just wondering what grit you took the body down to before you guys painted. I think I will go to 180 is that to coarse to spray a flat black paint or just about right.

Thanks

all depends on how nice of a pint job you want, personally for me, its just a truck, and i'm not too concerened with the paint job. if i was i would do all the body work that needs to be done. but like i said its a truck and gets used as a truck. so i just scuffed my paint with a gray scotchbrite then sprayed it. and i'm happy with the results.
