well, dont replace the inner and outer top seals (parts that go on the top of the tailgate). I just replaced these and now window struggles to go up without engine running. , Ive got to get this thing to go better than this. Im going to put a ground strap on tailgate to chasis. whatelse can I do???

is yours gear driven, or cable driven? if its gear, i'd lube the crap out of it and if its cable i would spray some lubricating spray down the cable. that should help out a TON!
