I have 4 days off and im going to get my 14ff assembeled with a detroit and new 4:88 and disc conversion. also going to bend some tube, and measure for a fuel cell. and ofcourse play with my son and all his new toys.

New power steering gearbox (or the seals again), ORD steering brace, steering stabilizer (ripped it off) and new alternator. All fluids. Getting ready for a road trip in Jan. Other than that it will be napping, eating and playing with the kids.

I am hoping I can install my cam, gear set, headers, oil pump, new xmsn/tcase adapter, motor mounts, distributor, clean and coat the crossmembers and have it all installed before 3 jan 06. After reading this, it doesnt seem like a lot.

I hope to get the lift, 1tons, 37s, weld in and bolt in steering brace, Hydroboost, U-joint steering shaft, and crossover installed so I can go wheel the piss out of it:D .

throwin' on my new GLO D60 diff cover... and I'm gonna fiddle with the front fender/narrowing project a little bit. Also need to pull the tail lights from my tow rig... and clean the new seat I got for it. What I really need to do most of all is clean/organize my garage. Small projects are taking 2x longer than they should because I'm always looking for tools/parts/hardware. ;) Anyway, with all the good sports and crappy family poop I have to do this weekend I doubt that I'll get everything done...

Iv'e got 3 days and the focus is family. I plan on a 1/2 day wheeling trip w/ the kids on friday and my list o' things to do includes repair a new frame crack near the steering box, tidy up and loom some underhood wiring, relocate my aux. gauges maybe to where the ashtray was and some cleanup in the garage. Finish bolting together the long block, start the disconnect Mon. AM....or maybe Tues.....Wed. I want to drive the new motor to work on 1/3, but if it takes longer, so be it. I'll start a pic/thread before I hit the sack tonight. Robert, if you need an XTRA hand, lift, stabilize etc. just holler.:xmas:

I'll be trying to decide which body shop will get to remove my rusty bed and front floor pan, replace them with new steel (and a new tailgate too), then repaint the whole thing.
