yukon problem

I am like everyone else i talk to and am having problems with yukon. I tried to order alloy but that didnt work out. There are small differances with both of my outer stub shafts like how the splines end on the shaft and small stuff like that. but the problem i am having is one shaft slides on my hubs fine but the other starts to go then cocks sideways and i cant get it on. any tips?

Use a file and clean up the splines a bit if its a small imperfection? Or call Yukon and get it straightened out.
