Just curious if anyone's had first hand experience or heard of someone having trouble with a zero rate, IE: it cracking, or causing something else to fail?

Front and rear zero rates - no problems. The only problems occur when they aren't installed properly.

Do you have a specific issue or failure question?

nahh, I don't have any issues with mine or anything, but I'm getting a mini-milling machine and a TIG welder here in a few months, so im brainstorming some ideas ;)

nope never had a problem.i did have problems with my lift blocks and my degree shims however.they were made of crappy aluminum and cracked in half.when i put in the mild steel shim zero rates i havent had any problems yet.

I've had them in three different vehicles since '00 and they've always worked great for me.
