What are the finished dimensions of the ORD Zero Rate's?
1 X 3 X ? Also, what size hole do they have for bolting them to the spring pack? I'm planning on cutting up a few during lunch break at work tommorow.

The hole would be the diameter of the spring pin or whatever it is called.
You should make them the width of your spring pack and the length of the spring perch. Also, radius the edges.

The zero-rates measure 1 x 2.5 x 5, not 3" like you listed. GM springs are 2.5" wide, while Ford has 3" wide springs. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Center pins for GM's are 3/8" bolts by however long you need to fit the block/pack combo together. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
