zero rate

can you guys make a 1/2 zero rate that also allows you to relocate the axle?
i'm wanting to move my axle foward but i don't want to gain a full inch.

We've messed around with 1/2" and 3/8" and have plans to run the 3/8" version as a full on product. There are some other designs for the same thing, I like having the "leaf" (?) bolted to the pack for easy assembly and it's a bit more secure if your ubolts loosen up.
