Is anyone running a set of Zero rates plus a set of degree shims. I was just wondering if it would be stable. I see it being bad, like having two sets of lift blocks on the same axle? Or can you order the Zero rates with a 15 degree cut in them? Or is there anyone local to Fayetteville N.C to machine a set for me at a great price. Thanks for any and all help.

i have zero rates and a 15 deg shim and have had no problems but as soon as i can im just gonna swap it all out for 52's.

ive got the same thing, also swapping to 52s

I milled 6* into mine and it took forever on the mill. If you can order them pre-cut then do so because it'll cost a lot in shop time to get them done. But considering zeros and degree shims both bolt to the spring pack I can't really see a problem with it.

Cool, I gues I was thinking of them as lift blocks. Did not think they Bolted to the spring pack. What bolts did you use for the bolt?
Just longer centre bolts. Pro Comp amongst others sell them. Have a word with MuddyTazz though as he may well be able to help you out with shims or degreed zeros. He's a better machinist than me!:D

I got a set of 10* zero rates from JKWOffroad. He is a member here.:D I had mine made to be 1" thick at the smallest point and tapered up from there.
