Well, considering they are 1" thick it will give you 1" of lift.

cool I will be redoing the K5 after wrecking last Thursday. I need an inch lift to avoid my 33" BFG's rubbing.

if rubbin the back of the front fenders then use them to lift AND move the axle forward 1" . might think about top plates set for adjustable movement to go with them if you are gona move the axle ahead.

I saw that but I will need two sets along with longer U-bolts.
