Little back story.
Growing up my parents had 4 different suburbans over the years. A brown 2wd 1980. They bought used.
A two-tone blue 1988 k25.
A black 91 R2500 with a 454.
And lastly. 96 k1500 diesel.
All but the first one had barn doors. So a big reason I searched for one with them.
Plans for this truck. Be a replacement for my Dodge. Yeah I fully know it'll never pull as good as a common rail cummins. But I can by parts for this still and it'll be easier to fix too.
If all goes well, it'll be towing the stepside to moab for BB23.
