Overview
Found this 89 Jimmy for a decent price. Already had many impressive mods and it was rust free.
Mods include:
-Built 383 SBC with aluminum heads
-Converted to carburetor (lame mod)
-Built 700r4
-Custom CV shafts front and rear
-Dana 60 front, 5.13 gears, Ox locker
-Dana 70 rear, 5.13 gears, Detroit locker
-BDS 6" leaf springs
-Fox shocks
-Crossover steering
-Ram assist steering
-35x12.5x17 Toyo Tires
-Fuel Revolver D525 17x9 wheels
-Alpine stereo, with amp, speakers
-CB radio
Things to address:
-Avenger Carburetor running horrible. Replace with different carb.
-Paint peeling - will have it vinyl wrapped
-Needs dash repair
-carpet is filthy. Will try to clean, otherwise will have to replace
-Bushings on front leaves trashed
-Has slight engine oil leak
-Needs windshield and mirror
-Needs new grille
-Top need some TLC
-Impact strip front and rear
Overall in really nice shape. Someone has really invested some time and money into it. Its been sitting for awhile so I'm addressing all the issues with it.
