Home made cross over drag link made, now I need to ream the hole for a TRE.

Ok I got it mocked up. Everything measures correct right now too.

Tomorrow I will come up with some mounts for the ram, and throw some paint at it.

I was just thinking about how to mount the ram. I cut the OE stabilizer off. Any ideas?

I don't like the way the ram isn't mounted parallel with the tie rod. Because the geometry will change to much through the stroke. Just my .02

Mine will be.
I'm taking a lot of time making sure everything is parallel and measures the same as before I started.

I am going to copy the stock stabilizer mounting dimensions.

It is on a level plain to the drag link but the mount was not perfectly parallel between the drag link and the axle. I figure on the mounting tab I will go about 2" out to the edge of mounting the hole on each side. It will be better than OEM.

cookin now

where and when is your next wheeling trip?

I would like to hit the trail with Superbro before he ships out on Halloween.:dunno:

There is some talk about going to Truckhaven on Turkey Day.

I don't really have any plans so I figured it was time for an upgrade.
