Yeah, stupid asses at discount tire said they couldn’t mount them because the computer said the wheels were too narrow. I said use your eyes. Same size tire that’s on it. Computer says it’s a six inch wheel, minimum is 6.5. Made them sell me the tires same price as tire rack and took them home. Idiots.
Best part is once I got the wheels off and looked, it’s a 7” wheel.
They have a tool that can measure the wheel width with a tire on. Hell I have that tool.

Yeah no doubt. Problem is seems like they’re all that way now. Corporate over reach, insurance and bean counters. The manager felt really bad when I called him back about the wheel width. He asked me how I was going to balance them and I said I was going to find a way. He said to bring it over and he would do it. So that made me feel a little better.

I'm trying to add truck #5 which in turn adds #6 for him.
This sure was a pretty rig back in its day.
Pulled the dash apart to clean all the evidence of mice and check all the wiring, hvac ducts and the like. Going to pull the broken windshield and clean and paint the frame while it’s out then reassemble everything.

Remember the K5 I called Goldfinger lol, that had 3 bullet holes in it and gold huffer painted wheels? It was originally that color. (Ex Nevada state trooper rig)

Discount wouldn't mount my metric 35's on the PYO wheels. I had mounted 2 of them and got Big O to do the others.
