“Dylan’s” 89. Back at it!

Whole lot of stuff getting crammed in here.

So a couple things,
on the AC Compressor bracket, the idler pulley they sent is too big. The tensioner pulley and idler were almost touching. So I swapped the old tensioner pulley on as an idler. I’m gonna have to give Kwik a call and see if I can do that. (See below)

Second, does anyone have a good wiring diagram for these Sanden Compressors?

Almost done with all the battery cables and ground. Now just gotta hook up the harness to the bulkhead connector. One good thing is most of these will run right into the gauge module.

Oh and does anyone have a part number for a lower radiator hose?

I like the look of them better than the current BFG mud terrain. They kinda took it plus the new a/t plus the sidewall lugs of the older m/t and put it all together.

Honestly I’m picking these just for the size available. I do like the pattern but size is the bigger factor. Been searching for a 38ish 17. No one has them. And you can’t go wrong with BFGs.

Looking good!! How you like the current performance harness? I just installed my third one from them.

Pretty nice so far! I’m a little concerned that the trans harness might be too short but we will see. I’m sure it’s fine, just looks short. Other than that it’s definitely a nice piece and a lot easier.

Question for you though.

What’d you do with all the unnecessary wiring at the bulkhead? I tried unpinning but thats a huge pain.

Happy Memorial Day! This afternoon I will continue the annual tradition of suffering a litttle for those that have suffered and sacrificed a lot. Rememeber them as you enjoy this day.

Had to get a new daily. The GMC was too nice and plush and boring. Found this baby 3 hours away and had to jump on it! Its as clean or cleaner than my 2015. I know it’s a Jeep, but come on, it’s an LJ! With another baby on the way I had to go the more practical route :haha:. The car seat actually fits quite nicely.

Been messing around with Wiring and getting it all routed. Tried to start tracking down some stock wiring and got a problem.

Anyone know why the flashers come on when I connect the battery? Happens even without the key in the ignition.

I had a similar problem that ended up being a harness ground under the dash, right above the E-Brake.

I don’t see anything missing from that ground terminal, but I still got a ton of crap disconnected and loose grounds everywhere. Guess I’ll go through all that and see if it fixes the problem.

P.S. the horn works :saweet:

Small wins.
