'04 Tundra DD/CC/6" lift/35s/OBA.... [Tire carnage...]

Actually... It's worse.

They drilled 'em for this:

:doah:

FAH HAH HAH HAH HAH....coughsnortcough...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...

Wow, they weren't paying any attention were they?

Lmao. That's about the way it works. In all the excitement you never would've thought to check the bolt pattern either. The new wheels were so shiny they blinded you to the fact lol.

The way I picture it....

The guy got stoned.
Then he answers the phone to take the order.
Doesn't write it down and immediately forgets.
Thinks, "It was something topographical, like Tundra or.... Oh! Rubicon!"

*At least that's how the situation played out in my head. :haha:

So when you gettin it back?
Hopefully, tomoro afternoon...
The rims are supposedly being overnighted.
The rim shop is in LA, so it's only an 8hr drive.

All that's left to do is slap the wheel's on, and align it.

The caps are designed to cover the lug holes.
I just ASSUMED that a rim company wouldn't monumentally screw up like this.

But, who looks like an a$$, now... :doah:

Teaser shot....

I think this is how they should look stock....

I got a bunch more shot's, but I gotta go pick Jayden up from school.

It's hard to get a shot that actually show's the REAL size of the truck.
I love the fact that it looks "normal".
Not all HUGE and aftermarket-y...... :D

Thanks guys! :D

Fwiw.....

In all honesty, I expected a bit more for what the kit cost's.
I'm very happy with the look and the ride, but c'mon....

I've bought a LOT beefier stuff, for a LOT less....

EDIT:

After plenty of thought, and a little bit of "break in" time, I realized something.
The components in the kit are worth about half what you pay for it...
BUT, I think the rest of the $ is paying for the engineering they put into it.

The kit is VERY well designed, and definitely saves you a TON pita over a DIY build.

Overall, excellent looks, amazing ride quality, but not for the faint of wallet.
A DIY could be done, for a little more thought and a LOT less cash.
