1/2 tn vs 3/4tn

is the only difference between a 1/2tn 10bolt and a 3/4tn 10bolt the 6lug vs 8lug? is the housing or tubs or shafts different in any way? any help would be great, thanks

same thing but the 8 lug difference and bigger brakes.

Now a dana 44 does have bigger bearings. But neg on the 10bolt.
