10 bolt hub questions

ok i went wheeling today and while i was out there my hubs started popping and squeaking every single time i turned my wheels in either direction. but only when i had it in 4 wheel

what could the problem be?

i have warn premium hubs on my 10 bolt if that helps any

Are you 100 percent sure that the noise was comming from the hubs and not some part of the steering system or driveshaft binding?

yep i looked at the while they were popping and it looked like something inside was in a bind

The hubs could be bad. Why dont you take them apart and look? It doesnt take too long to take out the hubs....

yeah, i have taken them off and apart plenty of times, just got too late here and thought i'd ask to see if anyone else has exerienced this

hmm maybe the lockring isnt fully engaged
