12 bolts arent much better than 10 bolts.i blew 3 of them before switching to 14 bolt ff.and i only run 35 inch tires.but free is free.like i said,if you can find one,a 14 b semifloat will be a lot stronger and still give you 6 lugs to run the same wheels and tires you have now.and should also bolt right in with no modification.

What year / models trucks should I look for to pull the 14b SF from? I want to cruise the SJ pick and pull this weekend.

88-98 heavy duty 1/2 ton or light duty 3/4 ton trucks and suburbans.i believe they will have the 2500 badge on them.there are a few 8 lug 14sf from 88-91 out there,so check the hubs and make sure while you're lookin.i may be wrong,but i believe some vans came with it also.
