100 Amp Alternator Brackets for SBC

I'm trying to do a 100 amp alternator upgrade on my 82 k5 with a 350 SBC long water pump & high mount passenger side mounted alternator.

I'm having trouble figuring out which brackets to use.

I'm thinking of using a 100 amp alternator out of a 82 k30 truck with a BBC.
But brackets don't look like they will work & neither will my stock brackets.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Thanks in advance.

I have used the late 80's GM 105 amp alternators in several earlier applications. You may need to re-clock it to fit your bracket but you wont have to change any of them, you will need to switch the pulley from serpentine to V-belt but you need to remove the pulley to clock it anyway.

My 82 K5 is has a stock 350 with passenger side high mount alternator; I have the 82 K30 100 amp alternator in hand, the top bracket might work IF I opened up the slot, because the 100 amp uses a bigger bolt & won't fit, in that position the v-belt pulleys are all in same plane.

No way my lower Mount will fit, the 100 amp alternator is a larger diameter. And doesn't come even close to lining up with cylinder head.

Thanks in advance
