I can vouch for Chris, that his is as new as he says it is. In fact when I was buying my R&P's I also got a qoute for one, for him, to see if it was cheaper than the one he had priced. He's only selling this one because just after getting his 10b built up a little, he found a D60.

Hey man, I know what your saying. Hell, I just found my D60 also, only after putting 5.13s and an eaton LS in my p.o.s 10 bolt. So I've got to try and recoupe some of my cash from that. I think its a good price on the lockright and coming from a CK5 member helps insure me that the quality and accuracy of the description is legit. But most would rather spend half the cash reguardless of the condition, especially if the needed new parts were included. Thats all I was saying. If most members are like me, when I find a desired part on this board, I check ebay to see what they are going for and then try to deal.

Is this still available? What gears are in it? Is it front or rear? It should fit my 85, right?
 
yes it is still for sale. It is a lunch box type locker meaning it replaces the spider gears inside the carrier. yes it will fit your 85' as long as the front axle is still the stock 10b.
And its for the front.

Yes it will fit yours, I believe they went to 30 spline in 89'.
