12/18 updated pics on my piece of junk

i know, i ended up getting called into work for couple hours and of course when i came back it was already dark. i might have some on the camera, ill check

well its not letting me post the pics i just took:mad: ill try again when i get home from work tonight

it must not be james truck...he been taking pics of someone elces and calling it his own :haha:

just messin with ya james now get some pics!!:D

satisfied now?:haha:

here are some quick pics i just shot. i wanted to get a couple more, but the battery died in the camera of course. anyways here are some pics. the rear is about 1-2" higher than the front, so im planning to swap in shorter coils. it general its a little taller than i wanted, so i think im going to take a leaf or two out of the lifted 52's up front and use yunits template to cut the fenders. once i get the new spring plates in ill actually be able to flex it out so ill get some pics of that soon as well.

well i guess not that much:rolleyes: haha it is never that easy. well i had planed to turbo it and 4L80E/doubler (and i had everything) but now im selling all that stuff to help pay for school:doah: the main thing it needs is steering. ive gatta get hydro-assist cuz in the 10miles or so that ive driven in ive managed to blow up 2 steering pumps:haha:(under warranty:D). im thinkin i might go with the PSC complete kit which is like $700 or so that works with hydro-boost. eventually i think id like to get an atlas in it or something cuz with 4.56's (woulda swapped in 5.13s if i did the 4L80E) the low isnt that great, and 5.13s would have the revs too high to drive it on the street w/o overdrive. ive also thought about maybe eventually nv4500....see what i mean, it is never easy:haha::doah:

but for now its kinda on the back burner so i can get a nice daily driver and pay for school. for now if i can just get it road worthy i would be happy

ok so you have 39.5's, crossover steer, no hydro-assist, stock steering pump, and you keep blowing the pump? Man I don't want to hear that, I was trying to avoid hydro assist for now

42's;). ive got stock steering pump with a PSC performance steering box. i think that might be my problem because the box is hi-flow so i dont think the stock pump can keep up with it. also ive hot hydroboost (diesel) so that could be playing a factor as well.

on my other truck when it had 39.5's it had cross-over with assist and it was a dream to steer on and off road. i got all my stuff for the assist from a vendor on here, i forget his user name, but it wasnt too expensive.
