true, very true ... although if i was in his shoes, at their mercy, and someone told me i could do the same or better for less than a quarter of the price, i'd be all over it!

How does the old saying go? You can lead a horse to water but ya cant make him drink. I know its frustrating because you want him to get a good deal but if he wants to take the shops word over yours there's nothing more you can do.

unfortunately, wrong side of the states ... the rig is around fayetteville, n.c. we've called salvage yards, and the cheapest they want is like $950 for a 10 bolt!! fawkin ridiculous! the funniest part is spence just gave his 10 bolt away a couple months ago /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
