14 bolt disk break conversion

DIY4X all the way!!!! and your local parts store for the rest.
 
ordered my brackets from DIY4X and bought all new stuff at my local parts store. came out to about $200 i think. But i dont have an e-brake, im probably going to put a line-loc in.
 
For around 200.00 (junkyard) could'nt you just buy a newer 14 bolt or dana 70/80 with disc brakes already and then relocate the shocks and pearchs?
 
what years and I will check....

I know Dodge went to disc in 01. The dana 70 is in the autos and the 80 for the manuals. Not sure about chevy though.

Hey tacoma post a picture of your k5, cause I want to see how it looks with a 4" lift and H1s.
 
As anyone tried to fit a newer model caddy caliper to their rear disc setup? Say from an 88 El Dorado?
