the newer are the 5.5 Metric pattern, don't ask me why they call it the metric pattern.....

I know Dodge went to disc in 01. The dana 70 is in the autos and the 80 for the manuals. Not sure about chevy though.

IIRC, the newer Caddy calipers are the smaller size. Kits for the 10 and 12 bolt rears use these...
