14 bolt does not run true.

I've had this same problem with a 14-bolt wobble. Swapped a hub and an axle and a brake drum but haven't been able to pin it down yet. Looking forward to seeing what you find

my friends 36' dump trailer for his semi had a bad vibe and he tracked it down to 2 bad hubs machined out of center . was also eatting tires like this .

drums / rotors / hubs are also balanced factory my machining a section off or a clip on / weld on weight . years later or cheep parts they can be out of balance or never balanced .

as 4x4high said i have also seen many many 3/4 ton rotors we use for disk swaps in the rear machined for small head front studs NOT let the big head rear studs seat in correctly .

as said if the spindle was bent then the hub would spin the same . . unless its bent so much the axle is bending it out of shape as it spins and the bearings are loose with play .

lots of things to check in the system .....

when is the last time you even had your drive shaft checked for balance ? specific rpm/mph ranges can give a vibe . i know this first hand .

and if 14ff was apart thee is the alignment arrows on the carrier halfs to line up when bolting it back together as its the way they were machined at the factory.

Drive shaft is brand new from Tom Woods. That said, it has a hint of driveline vibration at speed. I am using the 2 best of the 4 hubs I have. Whether it be bearings or machine work that made the .30 difference in runout, I don't know. I really don't have time to ge to scientific. I had my wheels & tires balanced today. Got 2 back ( I can only haul 2 at a time) the 2 I got back balanced. 24 bolt H1's with rock rings-37" BFG Baja TA's & inserts all from Trail Worthy. Hoping the combo of tires balenced & hubs will make it roll nice & smooth on this 1700 mile trip in March.
