this help figure out year of it guys? 40"-40.5" and the wheel mount surface is about 67"

The 40.5 center-to-center on the spring perches makes it a 1-ton, not a 3/4 (they were 42.5", IIRC.)
Your ideal donor for a 1/2 ton is a 3/4 ton 4WD truck (either Burb or square body pickup.)
The 3/4 has the right spring perch spacing, and the 4WD has the right shock mounts. 2WD's you might have to cut & reweld the shock mount on one or both sides (though that's easier than doing the spring perches IMO.)
