:Di am building an 14 bolt ff but wanne now the maximum degrees i can rotate the axle for the best driveshaft position , is there a maximum ? it,s for a 75 k5 8 inch lifted (superlift set ) it has a np 203/th350 combo that i am gonna chance to a SM465/205 combo the vehicle is used for 95% on road (60/70 miles an hour)

hope too get some good answers:bow:

u want a normal driveshaft to operate at 3* but if ur running a CV shaft then u want the operating degree to be around 1-2*, just to make up for axle wrap when on the gas, it will run around 0* which is what u want with a CV shaft. so u have to put the shaft in. and get a degree finder and see what ur working with, then buy the correct shim to bring it up to what u need.
