I swapped the axls on my k5 this weekend. I swapped ina 14 bolt ff and a dana 60. My question is on the 14 bolt. I need to get my driveshaft longer. When the 14 bolt is installed and I place the driveshaft on do I need to set the axle at a certain angle so that the driveshaft is not at a weird angle? If so how do I get the axle to be at an angle?

The pinion that is at the 14b should be parallel with the output yoke at the t-case.you can use degree shims to correct this problem, you can find out these degrees by using a angle finder, they sell them at lowes or homedepot for about 5 bucks, just post up your angles and I can help you if you dont understand what I am saying.
