144/440mhz amp?

NO , that is for 144 mhz and 440 mhz bands . CB is 27 mhz band . Its not tuned right . And can't be tuned with a screwdriver either .
Besides amps on CB band is illegal , and not neccessary anyway , you can run all the power you want and won't make it out of your state ( or even a 100 miles or so ) with a mobile antenna until there are more sunspots allowing long range communication .
