1480 Ujoint flange update

old thread I know, Kert could you still whip up a flange to bolt to a 205? Wouldnt need the actually 1480 yokes as I have a set of stubs sitting here. Im thinking of running a 1410 at the axle end as I have a 1410 weld yoke and pinion yoke. Yes this will be in a square shaft

oh and just thinking out loud here kert, I have one of these sitting around.

Mine is for the 205, 32 spline so If I just had a flange to bolt to that with the pilot id the same as a stub I could weld the stub its self in. I could mail you that toy flange if you need the pattern depending on how much it would cost for the you to make me the other flange. Thats really sounds like it doesnt make sence.

Yeah, you're kinda loosing me. Need all the pieces here so things can be turned concentrically after welding and for proper fitment of pilots and the like.

so you would need a stub and my current 32 spline flange. How much do you think the new flange (like the one you orginally made) would cost.Just a round figure to see if its more worth my time to buy a yoke from northern drivetrain or go this route. Although I think you cant get more angle out of this setup.

Here is the flange I currently have for my t case, its the one on the right.
