Gearing 12 on 45 = 3.75

Yep I have a van with the same gears and a gov-loc
The short answer is that the van axles DID have ratios that you don't see on truck 14BFF axles...
I had a G30 gear reference chart somewhere (I had the same question myself once) but can't locate it now....it's somewhere in Google's cache I'm sure.
