have you found 6lug axle shafts yet ? this place sells them J.T.'s Parts and Accessories www.ringpinion.biz 425-609-1090 but i think you will need a spacer to put at the end of the axle tube.

If you are swapping an 8 lug 14SF to 6 lug, you will need quite a few parts. It is cheaper to swap an 8 lug over to 6 lug, than to buy a 6 lug and swap it. 8 lug SF axles are cheaper and easier to find than 6 lug SF axles.

6 lug shafts for starters, but even finding junkyard can be a PITA.

It's not a hard swap, but it's not an easy bolt on deal either. PM me your number and I'll call you.

I made my own disc kit and I bought my shafts from shane. My axle was 8 lug but I swapped to 6 lug. The shafts are 4340 and at a decent price too. The only thing I didnt like about my kit is that I had to weld it to the axle, but shane's you can bolt on. Im just cheap and like to make stuff on my own.
