So it has the non available factory stainless exhaust that surprisingly hasn't rusted yet?

Looks like they drove it 21 miles in salt, and then parked it. I've got engines setting outside with less corrosion.
You think it's rusty on the outside? It looks like the overflow tank is filled with water
. And no mention of the added wiring hanging out under the hood 
The red and blue wires under the hood are for the charge, and brake controller wiring
I'd pay the sticker price right now...
