16 inch rims for 91 sub?

Eh, cut and do body work. More than enough folks have done it.
Not if i can help it. I LOVE to paint but absolutely HATE using bondo on anything

It's like a big petpeeve of mine since i learned how to do it. It's why i'm buyin a whole new bed for the DD since it's trashed

Pay more money and have it the way i want. :D

Where the hell are you rubbing? Back of the fender?

Just hack off the lower edge and either fold it over or ignore it. Pound back the wheel well liner. That's all I did with big ugly. Makes it drain better and easier to clean.

yes the fender. :doah: Not easy to ignore. I already got parts ordered to lift it 2.5" more so that'll just have to do. Plus i like it higher anyhow :D

It gives people something to bitch about when they have to get into the back

Keep an eye on your cv shaft and steering angles...everyone knows how I feel about those keys and "getting a little more" out of the stock stuff.

Yeah i kinda had an idea it'd move some stuff but i've always heard good thing. I could also cut (not wanting to) or use a 1" BL (which i hate BL's) but that's why i wanted to go this route

hmmm, let me know how the keys turn out, i have been wanting to do my 96 tahoe, i've already bought a set of 2-2.5'' add a leaf for the rear, my adjusting bolts seem fubar'd 1 side is screwed all the way in, while the other side is not even 1/4 way in, i was wonderin if you could turn the hex on the torsion bars 1 side and that be why my adjusters are so different, it sits level, the door sticker said it came w/245 tires and i have 265's on it and want 305's, maybe 315's, but theres no way as of now, any1 know if it could be put together w/torsion bar hex off by 1 side, possibly explaining my adjuster bolts being so far apart?
