16 or 17" rims? Where to buy online?

I am looking to buy some wheels. Can't decide between 16 or 17 inch rim, pros-cons? 8-lug rims. Also where to buy online? I looked on summit. I want the raceline rockcrusher rim, but they are backordered. Everywhere else they want a ton for shipping I see. Just wondering where everyone else buys theirs?

Watching this thread. I have a chance to pick up some 17" H2's with new tires, but I'm affraid 17' is too big.

I would go with h2s or summit. I have the soft 8s from summit. Paid 200 to my door

Me too, I like the idea of a bigger wheel, but on our older trucks I like the small wheel bubbly tire look. So I am torn

Im with you, on these square body trucks I like to see a lot of tire not so much rim. When I was a kid the guy up the road had a truck with 44's on 15" rims. Been the look I always wanted ever since.

Who sells the long 9/16 x18 lugnuts cheaper? Man these things are expensive. I was wanting the 2.5 - 3 inch long ones. I love the look of long lugnuts surrounding the hubs. Summit they are like 20+ for 4 lugnuts WOW

I am wanting this wheel. The 17 inch backspacing is 5.00, so I don't think I want a 17. I am running 33x12.50, or maybe a 285/75. Would a 16x8 with a 3.625 backspacing be good? Otherwise it would be a 16x10 with 4.5 inch backspacing.

I am with you guys on the small rim larger tire deal to0. I think or at least my opinion I don't like 17" rims on tires less than about 39.5"+
Buff's rig is very nice but heres my rig with 15x8 rims (clack steelie fake locks) on 35" BFG AT's and the same set of rubber on my 6 lug 15x10 Classics. Big difference on the bubbly tire look between 15" and 17" rims. Oh, and yes, I am a pic whore.
