17’s (and not wiper blades!)

Ah didn't see 6 lug. Always go old old school and get steelie's. Like the military K-5 wheels. But they 15s...

17’s make sense due to tire size availability and selection nowadays.

Some hate the black on black but I don’t care :shame:

37” bfg‘s on 17’s. Heck, I may have even preferred 18”s for less tire sidewall for better handling (this truck is a heavy driven street rig). 20“s are a no-no for a square body though…any old 4x4 truck for the most part.

20’s are fine, just have to run 42” tires.

I went with H2s powder coated black for the M1028. Simple black 16 x 8" wheels from summit racing for the M1009 to use the 285s I originally put on the M1028 that were still like new. Looks like you can get them in 17" as well. Prices sure have jumped a bit since I bought mine though.

is that a simulation of the wheels on your truck ? If so get the polished rings, black is not doing it for your white truck.

I bought a set of these eagle alloy 16x10 rims about 20-years ago when 17" 8-lug rims did not exist yet. 17" rims do have the best tire choices. My last set of tires for my 16" Eagle alloys where hard to find.

That truck was just listed for sale on Bring a Trailer. My k5 is black and silver two tone. I would be going with polished rings. The black rings almost make it look like a 15” wheel because of the black with the tires

Need to be 6 lug, h2’s wont work (but i do like them)
H3 rims?

Here's a similar rig with 17" Racelines and 37s, but with a polished lip instead of black.

Whatever size wheel you run, as long as you have about 6" or more of sidewall and your wheels aren't wider than your tread, it's going to look good and 4x decent really.

I like the look of that white truck with the black lock rings

Waiting on the food I ordered still. Hopefully won't be more than a minute or 2 late.
