1950 International L121

Defiantly the perfect scenario for either a 4bt Cummings or a 4bd1t Isuzu engine. Honestly all of them are likely to twist the frame into a pretzel. The 4cylinders will do it too but less chance if you keep your foot out of it.
I agree

I drug home a parts truck this weekend that will provide new axles. D44/12 bolt combo. I still need to check ratio.

That Looks like a great option for a crate engine. I assume any Cummins compatible transmission will work?

That’ll take some looking into. All the stuff they were running them in on UA had AX-15 5 speeds if memory serves. Can’t remember who made the adapters

Turbo engine or Na, and what pump?

Sadly it’s NA, it’s in a trencher, it’s an odd pump I’ve never seen, but not an industrial A pump at least. Instead of a power steering pump it has a sweet hydraulic pump, perfect for full hydro steering, that’s probably going in my buddies axletechs rig for front and rear steer.

My wife finally talked a guy out of a 1972 GMC K2500 that she has wanted for years so this one is now listed for sale to make room and pay for the new truck.

Traded the International to a friend for 650 honda dirt bike... and he sends me this pic while cleaning out his garage.

Well if it gets a 2JZ with 30 lbs of boost I'd be okay with that.
